1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of Moocah Magic (“Sponsor”) are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Promotion Period

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on August 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry:
For every purchase of eligible products, or a total sale of $100 or more, from MoocahWorld.com during the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Keep your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Limit one (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 31, 2025 and received by October 7, 2025.

4. Prizes

First Prize: $2,000 worth of Moocah product + $500 Flight Credit. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.

Second Prize: $1,000 worth of Moocah product + $250 Flight Credit. ARV: $1,250.

Third Prize: $500 worth of Moocah product + $100 Visa Gift Card. ARV: $600.

Total prize ARV: $4,350. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be offered except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 10, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize.

6. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

7. Release

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
