Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your shipment from MoocahWorld.com upon arrival to confirm it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be submitted within 30 days of receipt by emailing Contact@moocahworld.com with images and detailed explanations of the issue.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from MoocahWorld.com. For purchases from other retailers or websites, please contact the vendor directly.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the product is at least 50% full. Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from MoocahWorld.com.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to Contact@moocahworld.com. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several days for your card issuer to apply the credit, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges are available for products purchased from other retailers. The product must be at least 75% full, and the request must include a detailed reason for the exchange. Submit exchange requests by emailing Contact@moocahworld.com within 30 days of purchase, along with a receipt.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
