Cancellation and Refund Policy 

At ForGoodLoving Industries, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers feel confident in their purchases. 

- Inspection of Shipments: Please carefully inspect your shipment upon arrival to confirm it has not been damaged during transit. Any claims for damaged products must be submitted in writing to our Customer Service department at contact@moocahworld.com within three (3) days of the delivery date (“Product Received Date”). 

- Order Accuracy: Once an order is submitted online, discounts or coupons cannot be applied retroactively. Ensure all order details—including items, quantities, and pricing—are accurate before submission. 

- Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund of the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of the Product Received Date for items purchased through MoocahWorld.com. To qualify for a refund: 

- The product must be unused and unopened. 

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

- A restocking fee of at least 5% may apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all information, software, products, services, and related graphics are provided "as is," without any warranties or conditions of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. ForGoodLoving Industries and/or its suppliers disclaim all liability for:
